Well, when I awoke there was this Trapinch trying to eat my hair. Turns out it hatched from the egg I received on Easter, which I missed due to my coma, aru. As for the rest of my Pokemon, they had been in their Pokeballs.

Sounds right... this place is nothing short of insane really.

It hatched the egg??

[China pauses and mentally slaps himself, though he does murmur something in Mandarin.]

For a minute I thought you meant it took care of it... so they can do that even with their owner unconscious.

Apparently I had gotten the egg as an Easter gift, which surprised me, aru.

Still, I wish I had a better awakening then I did that day. The newly-hatched Trapinch was trying to eat my ponytail!

As a sign of affection or just because it was hungry?

I thought at first it might have been because it was hungry since I was still asleep when it hatched, but now I think he does it to irritate me, aru.

Especially since he actually did bite it off when I had my soul stolen by a Shedinja.

Heh... wait... what?

Seriously? Hn... I guess you two have a pretty hostile relationship. Maybe you need to let it out more. It sounds rambunctious.
