Lo Mai Gai/Lotus Leaf Rice (xx) Glutinous rice wrapped in a lotus leaf. Contains egg yolk, dried scallop, mushroom, crispy water chestnut, and meat (choice of pork or chicken). Everything is steamed together with the rice and though the leaf is not eaten, its flavor is infused during the steaming.

Mango Pudding (xx) A sweet, rich mango-flavored pudding with a creamy texture served with an optional topping of milk. Served refrigerator cold.
Egg Custard Tart (xx) Composed of a base made from either a flaky, puff pastry type dough or a non-flaky cookie dough based on the customer's choice, then filled with sweet egg custard and baked. Keeping in custom with dim sum, these egg tarts are made bite-sized.
Douhua/Tofu Pudding (xx) A dessert consisting of soft, silky tofu served with a sweet ginger or jasmine flavored syrup.
